Liked our 4 nights here. The terrace was good for breakfasts. Location: the hotel was not far from the beach and punta coco, city center and Holbox. It also was close to the centre.
Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

we had a separate bedroom. location: the hotel was right by the beach, the centre and punta coco. dined at ask italian, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Near Punta Cocos beach, clean rooms with terrace hammocks, rooftop terrace with stunning views, helpful staff.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The room was spacious and had a balcony with a hammock that was perfect for taking a siesta. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with toast, coffee, and fresh fruit. The location was great; it was close to the beautiful Punta Cocos beach, which was just a short 5-minute walk away. Plus, it was easy to walk along the beach to get to the city center, so we were never too far from the action.
That the shower didn't have cold water, so it was a bit disappointing after a long day in the sun. , there was quite a bit of construction going on in the area which made it a bit noisy but we understand that it is not the fault of the hotel.

Clean, beautiful room with great amenities. Helpful and responsive staff. Close to the beach and Punta Coco. Peaceful location away from the crowds. Lovely rooftop terrace.
